Heyyy everyone

wanted to see if anyone has had any recent changes or have received their NOA2 . It’s getting exciting thinking it could happen any day :)

Nothing yet but it should be getting close. It looks like a lot of December and some January people are getting NOA2. Hopefully they keep up the pace and even speed it up some.

Yeah and it is true. However they firstly filed in November if I’m not mistaken and then got denied and resubmitted in February. That’s how their noa1 is February. But I think of this more like an RFE for November filer)

I totally agree, it's getting exciting watching the case tracker. They're really combing through the numbers in the WAC2190042000 and prior. I also noticed that a large portion of December cases were approved in 220-230 days... we're all about to be close to 200 days which feels really good.

Hi everyone. I'm so happy for all the ones who have got their NOA-1👏

I can only imagine how thrilled these guys are!!

Do we first find out through the Case Check tool or do they first mail the letter to us?

Best wishes for all!! 😊

If you check online, you can find out faster than waiting for a letter in the mail.

Hello everyone just a quick question

Was the letter of intent to marry supposed to be sent when applying for the k1 visa ? Or is it given during the interview to the officer giving the interview ? How’s everyone’s Journey going so far? Getting exciting to see February fillers getting approved soon

No idea, we can reason all we want but nobody can answer that for certainity. USCIS will not answer our calls let alone answer these questions. But I am sure some of the smart members here might know better answers to your question.

Thank you

So basically the tryna follow the order but they but I don’t understand why cases that were received later than mine have wac before mine

My assumption is that they split up the cases and some adjudicators are faster than others, and some cases have RFEs and some don’t, some people go on vacation some don’t… I’m trying to think like a manager, and pray my case is with the person that gets their work done on time 😂.
