Our received date is February 8,2021, that would make us a February filler ? Or January because we filled in January?

Oh sorry my bad. You are February filer (we too are February 8th). It might took some time for them to actually receive a package. We sent the package on the second of February and it got delivered on 9th but received date is 8th.
I think we will hear something by the end of august

My received date is February 26 and my current estimate is mid October to end of Oct, so that would make me happy if we started hearing something by Sept haha

VJ also says that we will start hearing something in October but I’ve seen December filers getting approved in the beginning of august and now the started January. Maybe I’m too optimistic but I just can’t live without my fiancé. Distance is killing

They claim hard copy date is 02/12/21

Yeah and it is true. However they firstly filed in November if I’m not mistaken and then got denied and resubmitted in February. That’s how their noa1 is February. But I think of this more like an RFE for November filer)

They had pretty different journey. They got their files denied because of wrong payment or smth and then resubmitted in February. And u think this is the case since they maybe somehow stayed in uscis system.

They said they were rejected and had to submit again in February. They mailed it in on 02/07/21. I highly doubt USCIS would be so kind to save their spot in the system.

February.  The received date is the one that USCIS provided for you to say when they received the package.  The notice date, which is probably March, was when they sent the notice to you saying "we've received your I-129F" so that can be ignored.

I sent mine and it was signed for as far as the courier dropping it off on January 15th (i sent it 14th via overnight).  In march, i received the notification that my receive date was January 15th.  So regardless of when you sent the package, USCIS bases it off of when they receive it into their facility.

Hey all, I've been snooping around the forums a bit and quite a few people either mention a case tracker where they can see stats from USCIS in batches of WAC numbers and the amount pending etc. Do people know where you can get this information from just so I can be nosey as I love stats etc hoping it might make the wait a little less painful lol

This is the Case Tracker for USCIS app that I use, find it on the app store here:

You can start to see that they start approvals in a loose chronological order. They do follow the WAC number. It’s interesting to track and they have graphs too.

I visited my fiance last April 10 - June 12. We were also waiting for noa2. Not much question or papers asked.  Just purpose of trip, when i will be back.  I was shocked on how smooth my entry was because i was even with my 7 month old US citizen daughter that time. I mean if you'll think about it,  if I'm with my daughter,  my fiance is in the US.  now all of a sudden i have a very strong family ties in the US. But yeah not much questions.
