Good luck, folks.  Do not be surprised if it does take upwards of 90 days.  They're tearing through November right now, though, so there may be a point where they do catch up to normal processing times.  Fingers crossed.

Yes processing times are at 6-8 months now which does not include NVC and interview. So even if you get a delayed notice recipet, it appears they are backdating and counting the months you waited.

Oh I didn’t see it in your timeline. But I know you filed in November.

Packet received on February 9.

I've been watching Case Status Online the last couple of days and, as NeonParticles said, they're tearing through November. I've seen a few from early January and a couple today from December, but most have been November. I saw a lot of November 12 yesterday and a lot of November 24 today. Not sure why there's a scattering of January mixed in although there's speculation on that in some of the earlier monthly subs. I'm hoping they're getting back up to speed and wait times will decrease. I guess the good news is that the NOA1 is getting back-dated to the actual date of receipt.

Good luck everyone! May your wait times be short.

I feel like they're just taking random files, otherwise it doesn't make sense that they're looking at January when November is still not finished. Our application was received on January 4th and still nothing.

It could have been a RFE

The bulk of what I've seen have been November. I saw a few early December yesterday and a couple of early January. The latest I've seen is Jan 12. So either those are RFEs or expedited somehow or the system of piling the packets up by date of receipt leads to some occasionally being placed in the wrong pile. Unfortunately, all we can do is speculate. I'm assuming there will be a large pile from early Dec because those received over Thanksgiving wouldn't have been moved as quickly. The last case processed yesterday (from what I can tell) and assigned a WAC# was dated December 10. The one before that was Dec 10 and the one before that was Nov 25.
