I do agree. But i am talking about as whol not just for a specific nation. There may be different ways to handle the situation as per country, visa category etc. I am also at DQ in F4 category and waiting for an interview since Year.

I am not aware of instances in which the DOS has waived immigrant visa interviews for anyone.   Some renewal B-2 visa interviews have been waived, but that’s it.

F4 category is still banned until March 31, 2021.

Are they arranging K1 fiancé visa interviews? Has anyone got through this process from Islamabad ?

What I have seen so far that the CR1/CR2 visa's are processing currently ( DQ's from June 17th) with limited service. I have not seen any k1 visa update yet. Hopefully they catch up quickly to the current priority date.

well today I have checked the US consulate in Islamabad. The 1st available date for the interview appointment was September 30, 2021 . For all types of visa like CR, K and B categories while not assured about the study  J1 visa.

Where did you see that, because on the interview guidelines it says Dv applicants should be aware that visas are numberIcally Limited and must be issued by september 30 th Of the programe year .( but it's talking about rescheduling a appointment)just wondering and confused

I came from chicago to Karachi in 2019, and got married to my husband. I then went back and filed his I-130 and submitted by September 2019.

everything was documentarily qualified by June 18, 2020 according to the last email I received from NVC. it has been more then 10 months and we both are constantly waiting but there is no update yet. I know that there was the president order that was issued but it expired back in December 31st 2020. I keep emailing NVC and they indicate that they are working on CR-1 , CR-2 cases and as well cases for adopted children. All others cases will be processed later after March 31st, 2021. It is March 25th as of today, I don’t understand need help!
