Per this USCIS page : https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses, you are supposed to file at one of the following addresses:

Where to file

U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. Box 21200
Phoenix, AZ 85036

FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034

Where did you get the info saying that you would need to file at the Dallas, TX address?

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

The ONLY place you should be getting USCIS info is the official USCIS website.
