Our ROC package is done. We're going to do one final look-over tonight and then ship it via UPS tomorrow. Here's what we have. Does this look complete?

I'm paranoid I missed something super obvious and will get this BEAST of an application sent back to me. Our window opened Feb 7 so we'll ship Feb 9 (tomorrow) to be safe. Hopefully USCIS will get it by Friday and then we don't need to worry about it for a while.

Application:

0.     Cover Letter

1.     Check for $680

2.      I-751 application and G-1145 forms

3.     Copy of wife's 2-year green card

4.     Copy of  marriage certificate

5.     Driver licenses (showing same address)

Evidence:

Family

-        Birth certificate of child born to me and my wife

I would take out the Photobook. Others look good.

I do not think USCIS window factors weekends as "open date.' I would use the USCIS online calculator then wait a week in to send it. With that, you are 100% sure you're good.

Seen a lot of VJ horror cases of those who send immediately and USCIS rejects it after 1.5 years. When that happens, you are back to square one. So I suggest wait a week in. A week is nothing compared to loosing 1.5 years. USCIS is known for its tantrums.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
