In which country was the marriage certificate issued?  What do you need corrected on the certificate?

Are you already working on getting the certificate corrected?  Or are you looking for advice on how to do that?

If you need info on the spouse visa process itself, check the blue ribbon at the top of this page and click on "Guides".  Also, check out the USCIS instructions for the I-130 form here -- https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf

Your annotated marriage certificate should suffice.  But don't be surprised if you get asked about it at the visa interview.  As long as you honestly and calmly explain to the consul officer, no need to worry about it.

thank you in advance

I have tried to watch lots of video in YouTube how to start the filing but still don't know where to start.

I printed out I-130 and I-130a on the initial packet that we need to send in uscis do we need to send all original copy or just a photo copy first?

Photo/scanned copies of documents will be fine for the petition filing.  Please do check out the VJ spouse visa guide and the official USCIS form instructions I mentioned above.  I would not rely on YouTube videos to navigate through this process.

Sounds like you didn't download and study the INSTRUCTIONS for either form.  Start there.  The forms will be original.  The supporting evidence will be photocopies.
