Has the US embassy in Nigeria open now

My Immigrant interview which was already scheduled for April 21st, 2020 was cancelled last year  March 2020 because to the covid 19 , in November my dad said he got a mail from Lagos embassy that they were already opening up little little but they would be replying people how their cases came from NVC .

Since them I've been waiting to get called up again to schedule another medicals & interview .

Any ideas if interview are already being conducted in Lagos Embassy ??

They have been conducting spousal interviews since November. If your interview was canceled due to Covid and you need to reschedule you should keep checking the cgi portal to pick your interview date.

Your dad is right, they've been conducting interviews since November. As for reschedules, some people who were canceled because of covid have been rescheduled and some have not. You should reach out to the embassy to inquire about your reschedule or have your spouse do so. Or try and reschedule yourself.. hopefully someone will chime in with the site where you can do that.

my k1 visa interview also was cancelled three times last years have tried calling the embassy countless times but they keep saying the same thing...we have not resumed due to the pandemic...frustrating but funny to me lol.

Yeah , they replied me last week and I have scheduled for my interview already . Thanks btw ma'am

They would reply you , I think you should just keep checking their portal to pick/schedule an interview date
