hello, i filled my K1 visa in may 29th, i sent a case inquiry last week, and i just received an email saying that my i-129f is currently pending adjudication with an officer.
what does that mean? and how long would it still take for the NOA-2 ,
Thank you, for answering

They are all pending Adjudication with an officer from the time they are received and you got the NOA1. That is a canned response. I would search the profiles for your embassy that have received their NOA2, then you can see when they filed NOA1, and kinda estimate it for yourself. I'll see what I can find.

I saw a May 26th morocco filer just received his NOA2 on 1/20/21. So you should be seeing it soon I would think.

for Morocco there is now only 1 K1 interview scheduled /  probably one that was cancelled last spring

the embassy still is very restricted as to what they can do as Morocco citizens need a paper giving them permission to travel from city to city and even to get on a plane

Even after things open up,  your petition will be at the back of a long line of those already in embassy waiting for interviews to open as so many were cancelled

Patience and prayers are needed

hello, thank you for your reply,  a permission for travel is required, but I've seen people on Facebook getting their visas issued from the embassy, the k1 cases over here are kind of rare from what I've seen, most people go for cr1,

Yes,  I think because someone is controlling every aspect of our life now/ telling us how to live

and immigration requires us to bare our souls and give so much private and financial information and many loose patience

To the OP:

took us 6 years to be approved for a visa from Morocco

we 1st applied 2009 for K1 and were denied and our spouse visa was approved in 2015

so,  please beware that getting a K1 from the Casa embassy is never a guarantee as they require a lot of evidence like multiple visits to prove the relationship.

Allah yessir

How can you see how many K-1 interviews are scheduled at your embassy?

You can’t. The only reason we know that Morocco is scheduling K-1 visa interviews for cases that were already at the consulate pre shutdown is through word of mounth.

No new K-1 cases have been sent to Casa from the NVC since the shut down in March and Casablanca is currently wrapping up those interviews. Fortunately there seems to be only a 10-14 day wait from interview notice to interview date. Hopefully new cases will be sent soon from the NVC starting from those cases that have been there since March and interviews will be scheduled quickly.

Additional good news out of Morocco is that they have been working through the consulate backlog relatively fast and a lot of K-1’s are getting approved with no difficulty.

You can't see all as many applicants are not on VJ

but you can see the VJ members who are scheduled for an interview/ or i should say how many do a timeline and keep it up

that info is on your portal page in the right hand column
