Evidence for I-751: from time of marriage OR from time of GC??

Hi all, I'm hearing conflicting things on the time period to submit evidence for I-751.

 

Visa Journey guide and my lawyer say I only need to submit evidence from the time my wife got her conditional green card.

USCIS says from the time of marriage.

 

What should I do?

Time if marriage. The i-751 is all about proving a bonafide marriage, so why would you only give them evidence from part of the marriage and not the whole marriage?

Beginning of marriage and it's fine that some things might only be from time of green card like tax transcripts etc but you can include evidence of trips from the beginning of marriage and photos etc. 

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:
