Canada Forum

So, another memeber PM'd me yesterday just to wish me luck with my waiting game and mentioned that she had not been around for a while partly due to all the drama on the forum. I don't know where she 'hangs out' in particular.

Well, I was completely shocked because of course, other than a few threads on the AOS forum, this is where I spend my time! I had a little laugh to myself because it just goes to show just how dayum polite we really are!

So cheers to a greally great community here!

This is the one forum I feel I can just express and be myself .. misunderstanding and "drama" appear to ensue when i'm in the other forums.. Hey, I think we just "get" each other in here

I find we can joke more about Canadians and Americans here and no one gets offended. Well as far as I've seen.

I also find that others offer the best help here regarding the problems we will come across once we are in the US.

I'm no ambassodor,lol Yes one can pretty much say anything the Canada forum without all the drama starting up. I rarely post anywhere else on VJ.

Yeah, I really like the Canadian Forum as well - and have a real affection for all of the Canadians who post in this forum - you are all a pretty good bunch of people. Your American spouses are lucky to have you!

Oh - and you non-Canadians who post here, you're pretty cool too (VBG!).

Ditto y'all. I think we are fabulous. Is it a Canadian thing? I don't know (being that I am not Canadian); but it is surely a "behaving like an adult and being supportive" thing. Vhatever the reason, I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

Im not Canadian, but ever since I found the Canada forum I make it my first stop everyday.. Ive only ventured out to a couple different threads, mainly dealing with those of us that are March filers that still havent received NOA2 (day 99 for me/ come on VSC!!!!).... Everyone here has been so nice, and informative... I read alot of the topics and replies to my Canadian husband.. (he sang the Littlest Hobo theme song for days!..LOL)..

Ive always felt welcome here and truly appreciate all the great info that is shared...from moving to banking to Tim Horton's withdrawals!..LOL

I love coming here myself....sometimes to lurk....sometimes to find info and also to see how others are moving along. The information I have received here has been more than helpful....even when I was a freakin' wreck before my interview I came here to receive the calming advice I needed. I couldn't believe nobody told me to shut up and take a pill....lol.
