Civic test: Do you need the exact wording for each question?

• For December 1, 2020 or later filers that interview before March 1, 2021 it must be the new 2020 version of test. (I'm pretty sure this is no one because that would be an unrealistic processing time.)
• For December 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021 filers, the applicant can choose to take either the 2008 version or the 2020 version IF the interview is before April 19, 2021.
• Everyone that interviews on or after April 19, 2021 must take the 2008 version.

Thanks so much for posting that. I think I would pass the new test, but why take a chance when I can get the old test which is as far as I am concerned easier.

I just dont want to create new topic,

 

Can anyone tell me. For example, they aske me that question:

What does the judicial branch do?

▪ reviews laws

▪ explains laws

▪ resolves disputes (disagreements)

▪ decides if a law goes against the Constitution

 

DO they expect me to answer all 4 duties, or just one.

During the text , Do they give 4 options , so that you can pick the correct one ? or only you give them the answer with having any options provided ?

You need to know the answer, it is not multiple choice
