Have a couple of questions - any guidance would be appreciated....

1. I want to check the current processing times for an Advanced Parole document according to the USCIS website. Which USCIS office/center handles Advanced Parole (I-131) applications? While looking at the USCIS Processing Times webpage, I see that the California Service Center has an extremely long processing time of 21.5-28 months as of now for Advanced Parole. This is too long for our purposes.

Are I-131 applications sent to this center or some other center?

2. Do you get the EAD card (I-765) and the Advanced Parole document at the exact same time , or at different times in the Adjustment of Status process?

3. Is there any way to expedite an Advanced Parole application? What are some valid reasons for this?

Thank you for your help!

If you filed for it with AOS, it's been adjudicated by the NBC. If you sent it with a 765 application for a combo card, then they're gonna be approved at the same time. Right now it's taking about 6 to 9 months.

Look at the data for National Benefits Center.

Most of the time it's issued as a combo card:

But sometimes it's issued separately:

@Ayrton thanks, but how is it taking 6-9 months as of now at the National Benefits Center? USCIS website states “3-5 months” (see image below)

That's if you send it by itself. Since you sent with a 765, it will most likely follow the 765 timeline, which right now is 3.5 to 8.5 months. But you can't get the card issued without biometrics, and biometrics are delayed about 4-6 months because of covid-19.
