-------

Could have slept in more, desperately needed zzz we man.

However, had to awaken early, plumber supposed to come at half-past Many a.m. man.

Replaced chirping smoke-alarm battery, really irritating man.

Kept hearing another faint one, where was it man.

Finally found it -- stuffed in a never-used drawer by Then-Mrs.-T-B. man. :bonk:

Plumber didn't call or answer, no man.

Finally said that truck was being repaired and "can I come on Saturday instead," no man.

No siesta for us, desperately needed man.

Main sewer line clear but might have a section ring askew, watchful waiting we man.

Tub-gurgle fixed by running water down unused tub-drain, noisy pea trap man.

Total charge = $Many ($2x2x2x2x2x2x2 + $2x2x2x2 + $2+2+2), fair man.

By this time, half-past Many (2+2) p.m., getting late for Movie Night nap man.

Mini-B. claimed hunger of "Many on a scale of 0 to Many," melodramatic wee man.

We were still stuffed from lunch, stuffed we man.

We managed to consume said hot dog, ingest we man.

Found some late-afternoon POTS work to do, no siesta for we man.

Began Movie Night a bit later than usual, diligent we man.

First popcorn-accompanied event was info about fire hydrants, interesting man.

Next p-a'd events were funny videos about cats, miu slept through all of these man.

Final p-a'd events were 2 of The Many (2+1) Stooges, both excellent man.

I'm so very impressed with your dietary choices.  Probably as much so as your dietitian.

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving is not for you.

Someone stole my dictionary. Now I am at a loss for words.

If Apple made a car, would it have windows?

Ban shredded cheese. Make America Grate Again .

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.  Deport him and you never have to feed him again.

I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

I went bald but I kept my comb.  I just couldn't part with it.

My name is not Richard Edward but my friends still call me DickEd

If your pet has a bladder infection, urine trouble.

I fired myself from cleaning the house. I didn't like my attitude and I got caught drinking on the job.

My kid has A.D.D... and a couple of F's

Carrots improve your vision.  Alcohol doubles it.

A dung beetle walks into a bar and asks " Is this stool taken?"

Breaking news.  They're not making yardsticks any longer.

Hemorrhoids?  Shouldn't they be called Assteroids?

If life gives you melons, you might be dyslexic.

If you suck at playing the trumpet, that may be why.

AOS interview in five days... I know what to expect, since I went through it before with Husband #1 (aka Voldemort aka Voldy), but the reality of it happening is starting to sink in with Alex. I reminded him that we have gone over and above what is needed to meet all the requirements; we were in that unlucky cohort of people who had to submit an I-944 before they stopped that, and USCIS no longer even looks at it. And they have mountains of financial information from us showing how we've entwined our lives. Adjusting from a work visa, where we were able to live together well before we got married, certainly made it easier to show this. I keep reminding him of this but he's getting nervous.

I see this as just another hurdle to climb over. We've known each other for nearly half our lives, been a couple for four years, lived together for two and married for one. I know we're going to be fine.

Sounds like he's probably not just in it for the green card....

LOL

Will be a breeze.  Tell him to relax, or better yet serve him up a drink or two.
