Wondering if any one has any close connections with parents of a newborn / young child who has Cystic Fibrosis and lives in West Tennessee.  Our daughter is due with baby # 4 in 8 weeks and has recently been given the diagnosis for baby of CF. They are in the Jackson TN area .. going to be gettng care at Vanderbilt in Nashville .. but open to connecting with those who are a few steps ahead in their journey anywhere from Oxford MS, Memphis, Nashville region. Thanks heaps everyone. .

Thrilling Tuesday report, see man:

 

Lunch was our Many (2+1) casa-made gut-bombs, ingest we man.

 

Din-din was Many (2+1) beef enchiladas + rice/beans/salad/cheaps at Mexican restaurant*, ingest we man.

   *not WUOC, financially unsavvy we man

 

Nap overslept by an hour, overzzz we man.

Miu asleep on office chair, improvise we man.

Party with the rubias about to swing into high gear, cavort we man.

I'm in Memphis but I'm sorry, I don't know anyone with children who have the same condition. Prayers for your family.

Prayers for everyone. I found many times the FB groups for certain things health or otherwise are a wealth on support and information.

Husband (the "alex" portion of laylalex) left this afternoon for two weeks in the UK.  Sigh. He went back to see his daughter for Easter, then he's driving north to see his family. He recently left his job with nothing specific to go to except personal trading/investing, so he's taking advantage of this time to make a longish visit over there. It's funny -- when he first moved here in 2017 on a work visa and we were living in the Bay Area, he was travelling back and forth every 6-8 weeks for a week over there in the home office in London, and I was really used to it. We also didn't live together most of that time, so it was less obvious to me not having him around. But then we moved in together, moved down here in the middle of January 2020 and then... well, we all know what happened in early 2020.

 

Now being apart so much seems weird. I got really used to having him be underfoot all the time when he was working from home, and vice versa, until we were both working from an office again. He's a house husband and I'm the one who goes out to work. Such a flip in 2 years! I really miss him during the week, when I'm in the office, but at least I get to see him when I get home. Now he's going to be an image moving on a screen, a voice scratching through a tinny computer speaker, just like the old days. 

 

Sigh again. Sad rant over.

Eve with Mini-B., mini-Two Guys time man.

Took Subway* to casa, ingest Two Guys man.

     *with use of BOGO coupon, financially savvy we man

Caught up on all Baba-Mail funnies, enjoy Two Guys man.

Watched "AFV - Animal Edition," enjoy Two Guys man.

Returned Mini-B. in due time, resume for full Two Guys week on Sunday man.

 

Planning to interview a new rubia on Thursday eve, keep Rant Threaders in suspense man.

Miu surprisingly quiescent after miu-breakfast, quiescent miu man.

 

Lunch was sub sandwiches catered as samples by a vendor desperate for POTS Corporation business, ingest Many (2+1) for free we man.

 

Left POTS facility and headed straight for din-din rendezvous with prospective new rubia, first such encounter all year man.

Rubia is Many years younger than we but looks far older, well-preserved we man.

We project "buddy zone," sigh man.

The good news is that said rubia is "cheap and unashamed of it," highly redeeming feature man.

 

We need more prospective rubias, si man.

Delinquent indolent silent Asia!  Delinquent, DELINQUENT indolent INDOLENT silent SILENT Asia!

Everyone who didn't show up at the POTS office today got fired, have a Good Friday man.

All positions were instantly filled by the clamoring hordes camped outside, cherry jobs man.

 

Lunch was Many (2+1) casa-made gut-bombs, ingest we man.

 

Got to casa an hour before dark, finish bu$ine$$ at POTS office we man.

Served miu her demanded treats, indignant miu man.

Prepared hastily and mowed entire lawn, mow we man.

Last débris off-blown right as dark fell, perfect timing man.

Consumed 2 sweatbands, very humid man.

Was sweating after cold shower, Texas weather Many man.

 

Din-din was the remaining Many (2+2) hot dogs, Aldi buns still good after nearly 2 weeks man.

 

Miu wanted attention, needy miu man.

Miu jumped on desk and knocked half of everything off, destructive and determined miu man.

 

No siesta for us today, sacrifice zzz for lawn we man.
