We filed for AOS over a month ago and still haven't received our NOA1 (also no text/email, we filed G1145). The package says it was delivered January 7th. We are moving on the 15th of February but aren't able to change the address online because we don't have our case number yet. I emailed the lockbox address but no response... Emma isn't of any help and the phone number is automated and won't let me talk to a person... any advice? Thank you

There's nothing that can be done without a case number. Make sure to put in a forward request with USPS and keep in touch with your landlord or the new owner of where you're living now to get the NOA1. It's not guaranteed that you'll receive a text/ email.
