Is he currently working?

As long as his income meets the I 864 requirements you are good to go.

they don't look at taxes he paid but at income for the year so did he not claim all his income and now wants to change tax returns to show enough to sponsor you?

W2 can only be changed if his employer made a mistake and did not report all income they paid to him

Yess sir my husband worked only 6 months with a net salary of 1830 monthly. Its not enough to sponsor me.

Current income is the one that matters.

Yes curently his income is good but the problem we must submit 2019 tax transcripts electronically in which will be denied because my husband worked only 6 months in 2019

They don’t fail you on the tax return if you send additional evidence of what he makes now.
An employer can write a letter stating his job and that he makes $xx,xxx.xx per year.
He can include 6 months of pay slips. Use the gross income,  not what he got paid after taxes were held out. Add up the six months and double it to figure out his current yearly salary.

On the form where is says I currently earn $_____________ put what the employer said in his letter -or- if he is proving with pay slips then put his 6 months total times 2.

You are misinformed.  Current income is king, not past tax filing amounts.

Hello. I'm at nvc stage we haven't found any sponsor for ir1 visa.my husband can't sponsor me because he worked only 6 months in 2019 thus he has low taxes. I have heard abt amended return to have the taxes requirements for the w2 and 2019 tax returns. Is there Anybody who has experienced this?

Read the instructions for the 864 form. There's no requirement to have past tax returns above the poverty line (unless self employed). Current Annual Income (questions 7-20) is what matters. Question 24 you just write down what the return shows and that's it.

Send proof of current income, like paystubs and current employment verification letter.
