Hi everyone,

I have sent two written, signed and dated letters now to the US Embassy London a month apart from each other requesting that my K1 application be withdrawn and have heard nothing back from them. I sent the second one as recorded mail and it was definitely received by the embassy.

I have since used the embassy's contact form notifying them of my situation and they have not responded to that either.

In my now sent off i-130+i-485 I said that my K1 application was withdrawn as I had already sent the request to the embassy and figured that my i-129F petition would be withdrawn by the time my AOS was looked at. Will this be an issue for USCIS if I put withdrawn for my I-129F on the form but can't get the embassy to actually respond to my request?

Thanks for any help

Most likely will not get a response.  You have a document trail, best you can do.

There will be no issue.  Sending the letter withdrew the K-1. Marrying invalidated the K-1 case.  No acknowledgement is needed.
