Hello all,

I am a green card holder and applied for my wife back in April 2019 (Priority Date). We got DQ in Oct 2020 but haven't received any updates since then. Anyone here who is in a similar situation?

Kindly post here if anyone has recently gotten an interview date for green card appointment at Islamabad US embassy.

Thanks,

Ali

Ok thankyou all for the prompt response.

As per my knowledge, you can still file but visa will not be issued until the restriction is lifted. I got my case DQ in Oct 2020 (during the restriction period) which means that USCIS or NVC is still working on cases but not allotting Visa's.
