you're right, michelle ... i don't believe it. i know that you are absolutely not going to like to hear what i am about to say, so you may want to stop reading now. of course, i say this will all the compassion i have ... enough is enough.

as this is a public forum, you are completely entitled to post what you want in regards to your private life ... you have invited everyone here into your dysfunctional marriage. it is now apparent that craig needs some serious mental help. i have a feeling that his mother is not 'happy' that she just lost a lot of money on yet another wasted ticket. we all know how much international flights are, especially booked on such a short notice. i know that i would be having a stern conversation with my son if that happened.

he quit his job to go to england the first time, that is quite a serious move. i can even understand the motivation behind him not leaving ... but twice?? you've told us all that your finances are not in the best shape but he spends over $200 on his laptop tonight? when does this get real??

i honestly don't even know what to think anymore, we have all supported you in various ways ... this can only go on for so long. it has come to the point that this doesn't even seem credible anymore. i would love, love, love to see a response from craig as he hasn't posted since his 'nightmare' began.

love it or hate it, this is what i think and trust me ... i've actually kept some other thoughts & theories to myself that have been floating around. i can't decide if it's craig who enjoys riding the emotional rollercoaster with the variety of headgames or you?

Wow. don't even know what to say. Guess I know who my friends are. Craig's parents first priority(we bought the first ticket, them the 2nd)is that Craig is happy here and settled...sure, they would love to see him..but its ok with them. As long as it IS(and it IS) I can't see how that's anyone else's business. I didn't post that bit to be critiqued, I just wanted to share my good news. This isn't a drama or anything..when my husband was going to be away from me for a month, I was sad. Many people understood. When he came back, I was happy.(although I didn't encourage him to do that, or even have any CLUE he would consider doing that again.) What I want for Craig is what's best for Craig...to go..or NOT to go. He made his choice, and he too realizes it's odd to do this twice..but you know what? Who cares? Certainly not me who has my husband here beside me tonight instead of in the air over the Atlantic right now, and not his parents who only want what is going to help him through what's been a REALLY rough year for him. While I can take constructive critisism, and take advice I want to take, and leave the rest...I don't think much of that was constructive. I'm out. Thanks to the supportive people here...as always, I appreciate it. Michelle

PS...Craig spend 100.00 on his laptop tonight and bought a dvd set for 55.00 not that that's really anyones business..and I encouraged him to do it...it wasn't even all of what would have been his spending money in England. Also, we have enough money to pay his parents back for the plane ticket if they so desire, and I'm sure they don't. You have to know them..they understand! and are wonderful people. Out.

PS AGAIN...that was so long gimy, and I was so annoyed, that i kept missing bits..he did NOT quit his job to visit England the first time..did NOT. It didn't work out, as they needed the CDL sooner than he was able to get it. The closest testing place is 1 1/2 hrs from us. Ours is open once a month(every other)for four hours. Anyway, why am I still defending us???(to clear up misinformation I suppose)

I'm afraid I'm not going to be on your "friends" list either. My concern is that we will be reading more posts from you stating that you and Craig are fighting once again because he misses or is homesick for England. How many more times can you put yourself through that? He should have at least gone back this time around if nothing more than to get it out of his system.

Good luck. I hope it all works out.

As long as you are both happy  only you know what's going on in your own family and relationship Michelle....people will surmise the situation as they will....just get on with your life and be happy, we all have problems to work tho' at times

Aawww Michelle, what did I say, "home is where the heart is" I think it is obvious that Craig's is definitely with you and Corey.

Good luck for the future and loads of **hugs*** just love happy endings :crying:

You were right. I'll never believe it.

Michelle don't think I'm imposing but if I were you I would limit what I say on here there are too many people who are very judgemental and quick to try and put you down, and no matter how you perceive it, it must sometimes get you down, so the less they know the better. I hope everything works out and you both keep communicating with each other.
