Hello, everyone. I had a few questions.

My wife's two children live in the Philippines. They are both under 21 and my wife just received her 10-year green card.

What happens next after the I-130 approval and what is the approximate timeline? We were also wondering if we will receive any correspondence by mail or only the beneficiaries (her children) regarding the next steps?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

F2A Visa

I-130 submitted: 03/05/2020

I-130 NOA1: 03/10/2020

I-I30 NOA2: 02/03/2021

DQ at NVC: 06/24/2021

2yr GC or 10yr GC is irrelevant.   The problem with timelines is the pandemic and unpredictable.   Manila is NOT yet doing routine visa interviews and there is about a 10 month queue waiting before them.

YMMV

Once USCIS approves the I-130s, it will take about 2-3 months to transfer the cases to the NVC.  The NVC will notify the petitioner to pay the DS-260 and I-864 fees.  A few days after payment, the visa application can be filled out and documents can be uploaded.  Once all documents are uploaded, it will take 2-3 months to get documentary qualified.  If the kids' PD are current, the NVC will scheduled visa interviews at the US Embassy when slots are available.  Because the F2a category has been banned for a year, there will be a backlog so it could take a while for an interview.  The ban is unprecedented, so there is no way to tell you how long it will take for an interview.
