could you please tell me what documents they ask you to make a  lawsuit? should it be a medical documents showing that your petitioner needs you to be there

You don't need medical documents! I am not sure if the link is allowed, but if you Google Milligan v Pompeo you can read the requirements to join.

No, you don't need anything like that at all. The basis of the lawsuit is that visas aren't being issued because of the covid travel bans and other delays.

Any stats?

This past year there have been very few K1 interviews in London, but some emergency appointments have been granted and from what I've heard most of the plaintiffs from the first lawsuit have been interviewed and are already in the US. There were eight K1 interviews in London in December. I've been checking here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/nonimmigrant-visa-statistics/monthly-nonimmigrant-visa-issuances.html

You might be able to. I'm not sure about the exact rules, though, so you might want to look that up, but I've heard about similar cases being expedited for emergency appointments and even getting National Interest exemptions to travel to the US directly from a travel banned country.

If you join the lawsuit there are currently no National Interest exemptions and you would be required to go to a non banned country for two weeks.

thanks i am in europe like you same problem

but waiting for my file to send to nvc in a couple of months

Do you mean that your file is not at the NVC yet? Do you have your NOA2?

You can only join the lawsuit if you have gotten the NOA2 as it's only for people at the NVC or embassy stages.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I’ve read various success stories about the lawsuit. I’d say about 98% of them have already received their interview or visa. I believe Canada was one of the few countries that were being difficult.

and also, I believe this lawsuit is only for countries that have the travel ban, nothing else. Around $2000  to join, easy easy money for them.

Being a plantiff of this case does put you ahead in front of the non plantiffs. It is true each embassy might handle this differently. My embassy in Poland specifically told me they will only schedule interviews for plantiffs in this case. So to say this is not worth trying is false.

I personally think it's worth it, and I'm happy that we joined and that now our case is moving because of it. ☺️

But with that being said it actually is true that they don't put you ahead of non plaintiffs. But as long as the travel ban is still in place that doesn't really matter one way or the other because the non plaintiffs, like you say, aren't getting interviews right now. If that somehow were to change, though, and the travel ban lifts or a change in procedure happens I do not believe a plaintiff that hasn't yet gotten an interview scheduled would be put ahead of a non plaintiff because then they would be processing all cases. Hope that makes sense.

I just wanted to clear up the part about plaintiffs not being put ahead of non plaintiffs. Plaintiffs simply "keep their place in line" among the visa applicants currently getting interviews.
