07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

 They would have to agree with the premise that conservatives were targeted and not the actual evidence that shows it was people who can't follow the terms of service of those entities. Granted that was primarily conservatives since the last federal election, but I'm sure we could come up with some past examples somewhere of liberals who didn't follow the terms of service too.

 

  I don't know that it's a good idea to be fining and regulating sites for enforcing their own terms of service that members agreed to follow just because some members are not able to follow those terms. It might open a can of worms.

That's what's so mystifying:  people move to red states from the blue states because they can't stand the consequences of the politics, but they bring their blue-state politics with them.
