Has anyone NOT gotten the "combo card" after concurrently filing?

In September 2020 USCIS accepted our concurrent AOS package for my wife (I-130 + I-131 + I-485 + I-765, including I-130A, I-864, I-944) but today she received the EAD marked "NOT VALID FOR REENTRY TO U.S." which obviously means it's NOT the combo card. The receipt number for the I-131still shows the same as it did since late September, that it was accepted. Why wouldn't USCIS issue the combo card in such case?

In a separate mailing did she just get 1 approval notice (i.e. only for I-765)? If so, what did the approval notice say? Was the class on the notice "C09" or "C09P"?

"We have approved your application for employment authorization."

If her I-131 is actually still pending, then it should eventually be adjudicated. Currently can only submit an e-request if it was filed on or before September 06, 2020: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ When approved it'll be issued as a standalone document:

The EAD approval notice was "C09."  But why, with everything concurrently filed, would they not issue the combo card? Maybe processing for the AP is backlogged and they don't want to delay the EAD?

Looking up the I-131 on USCIS just now, it reports, "On September 2, 2020, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice." The acceptance NOA date is 9/25/2020.

The date that matters is September 2. Thus can submit an out of processing times e-request because file date is before September 6: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do

I submitted the e-request, so we'll see what happens next.   Seems like USCIS still doesn't have their act together though.

So... What's the response timeline for a e-request these days? 🤔

I would call and bother them about it. It seems like USCIS works on the "squeaky wheel" principle and will act if you bug them enough. Also trying sending messages via your inbox on the myusics account.

Hi, glad to see someone else is in the same boat as me LOL.

I applied for the I-765 and I-131 concurrently for my wife and the same thing happened, only the I-765 was approved first and she got a combo card with the "not valid for reentry". My lawyer told me she has never seen this happen before, but after reading some people's experience here, it seems that it's not that rare!

What's even more frustrating/strange is that they did eventually approve the I-131 back in Nov, but they never sent us the travel document! I am currently beating down USCIS's phone banks every week to get some answers. I have no idea what's going on!

So the latest is that we've not received a response to the e-request by the date indicated on the e-request, and... Neither the USCIS website nor the 800-375-5283 number will accept the e-request ticket number, only the original NOA case number, and that returns only the original acceptance date. We were told the only option is to file yet another e-request, but upon doing so the following message appears...

Yes it's pretty ridiculous...USCIS seems to have completely shutdown or are just ignoring people at this point...please keep us updated.
