Any idea how to clear up an A number mismatch?  The A number in the USCIS database doesnt match the A number on the PR card.  The A number is the A number on the returning resident visa, but the green card was returned (and subsequently used for exit and entry) on SB1 re-entry.  Ever heard of this?

Follow up:  As the e-verify works using I551 (GC) and SB1 A number in the system we consulted an attorney (first attorney in 14 years) and it doesnt matter. Advised to scan the SB1 with the Green Card, send it all in, and let USCIS sort it out.

Thanks for letting us know. SB1 visas are pretty rare here on VJ so I don't think we get too many active members in this situation. Glad the lawyer was actually able to help!

Yah he wasn’t concerned (actually we are batting 1000 so neither was I) otherwise we have a straightforward case.

SB1’s are so rare I blogged ours.  It’s a tough process.
