Can't see my " Case Status " in USCIS website

My wife is a US citizen. She filed on june 2019 and it's been 7 and a half months. We haven't got any RFE yet or any news except NOA1. But it's been 2 months that i can't see my case status anymore Before it used to say "Under Review" But now nothing says except this. We called USCIS 2 times and they couldn't' understand what we saying but they told us everything is looking good you guys just have to wait. I wanna know if this ever happened to any of you ??

And also i'm not currently working due to COVID and i'm a beneficiary. Is it going to affect our case in any way ? My wife income is 40k+ annual so she is basically an Affidavit of support and she also have me on Taxes and life insurance.

Your case was filed in June 2019 or June 2020? And what was your service center?
