RFE after N400 interview

Two weeks ago I had my n400 interview, it lasted about 1 and 1/2 hr. I passed the civic, writing and reading.  However when the officer asked questions about on my n400 application,  about taxes if i have an overdue taxes i answered NO, my reason was because i am on a monthly payment plan of "certain amount " per month. I also file my taxes every yr. I provided 5 yr worth of Income tax return but the officer was not convinced and gave me an RFE ,requesting me to submit further evidence of my monthly payment recipt for my overdue state tax. The letter that the officer gave me, stated this

"Please note it is your responsibility to show that you are current on your federal and state income taxes.  Unless you establish an extenuating circumstance for why you failed to pay your taxes at the time they were due, you may be found to lack good moral character."

The next day i decided to pay the whole full balance. Then I sent all the documents requested on rfe to uscis website  with a cover letter explaining that the financial hardship  was due to covid and unemployment of my spouse (USC) we entered into payment agreement tot ake care of taxes obligation and have been able to pay in full all our taxes due.

My question is how long does it take to get a response from USCIS after i sent all the evidence to support RFE?

Is there any chance that they could deny my application? Because of my overdue taxes eventhough i entered into a payment plan to tale care of the responsibility despite of covid?

Thanks in advanced.

When you filed did you attach any documentation showing that you were under a payment plan with the IRS or did you bring that with you at the interview?

The m477 document checklist states:

If you have any Federal, state or local taxes that are overdue, send:
□ A signed agreement from the IRS or state or local tax office showing that you have filed a tax return and arranged to pay the taxes you owe; and
□ Documentation from the IRS or state or local tax office showing the current status of your repayment program.
NOTE: You may obtain copies of tax documents and tax information by contacting your local IRS offices, using the Blue Pages of your telephone directory, or through its Web site at www.irs.gov.

If you did then or did in the RFE then there should be no problem. The problem would have been if you hadn't set that agreement with the IRS prior to the interview, but who knows, it really depends on the officer I have found out when it comes to USCIS. I for example (filing under the 5 year rule) didn't attach my taxes when I filed, it didn't ask me too, and although I brought them at the interview, I wasn't asked to show them either. To other officers, the taxes are the most important documents they want to see. If you did prior and now on top of all you paid in full it shouldn't be an issue. As for how long it takes after submitting an RFE I have read on this forum a wide range of responses going from a couple of days to months.
