Case transfer from another consulate to US Embassy Philippines

Hi everyone, may I ask how can i transfer our case from US Embassy Thailand to Philippines. What are requirements needed. Thank you

If you reside or are a citizen of the Philippines then you contact Manila and request a transfer. If they approve,  then they will contact BKK for the file.   Just understand that Manila is not doing routine k1 interviews at this moment so nothing will happen for some time

By the way I also used to work in Singapore from 2008-2011, do i need to secure a police clearance in that country as well?
