Hi everyone

I applied for removal of conditions on my green card in November 2020. I received NoA in December 2020 at my permanent address in Sandiego. My father in law mailed it to me, but it has been a month that I haven't received it. Tracking and customer service of USPS is of no help either. I had to travel in January but I cancelled my flight, as I was waiting for extension letter.

I called USCIS, they asked me to email lockbox and explain my situation. I did, and received an automated reply that they ll get back in 30 days. Now I m so stressed, I have to travel please guide what options do I have?

> Do I request for a duplicate NOA? I read this will take 2-3 months. As I mentioned I did email lockbox support but do I need to file I 824 for a duplicate?

> Do I schedule an infopass appointment? Will they give a duplicate early this way?

> Should I get an extension on green card? (If that's a thing I have been reading on several threads and came to know about it)

P.s: I have old parents (70+) in my home country. I got married, move here, had a terrible accident, fractured my back, had a surgery. Anyways, things got better slowly but the reason I m mentioning my background is that it's urgent and important to travel for me. I haven't been back since marriage.

Please guide what should I do? I am so stressed.

I-824 not needed. You could try the following request page: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do;jsessionid=38E57B089A3F4EC04C100091AAC7842F?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init Even though the notice was delivered, that request should still result in a new copy.

That might be an option. When you call ask for ADIT stamp in your passport:
