"Second approved I-129f" line in NOA2 form

Got the official approval notice today (Form I-797). Reading the small print it says "it has been noted this is your second approved I-129F petition and as such, your information has been entered in a multiple visa petition tracking database." (Just above the bolded statement THIS IS NOT A VISA)

Is this a common mistake? Is it worth making an effort to correct this or should I leave it be? Neither myself nor my fiance have ever filed an i129f before.

I don't have the full details on the message received, but I think you should point that out...I don't think it's going to be a problem, but you don't want there to be any problems during the interview in case they randomly ask questions regarding your so called "first filing"

Mine says it. But I had one approved in 2013 and he was banned from the United states for illegal entry. I just received my second one on January 20 and it does say it. So I would say it is a mistake if neither of you have filed before

Call USCIS, then ask for technical assistance at each prompt.  It has worked for many people.

This worked amazingly well, thank you! but the wait time was 252 minutes! (4.2 hours)... I'll try to make a virtual appointment or something.

I agree with @Lucky Cat, that's the best way to get a hold of them. Some days are better than others. Fridays are usually less busy, but it's a luck of the draw kinda.

So I had called about this and forgot to update my thread. The representative told me that it is likely a clerical error and it's not worth fixing formally, because the representative said that it cannot affect the application going forward.

Did you talk to a tier 2 representative?

Because I called today and the guy said he didn't know so he said he will have a tier 2 representative call me back about it
