Hi,

I filed my application, I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 on July 28th and received the 1st NOA in August. Since then, I haven't gotten any updates.

I've been waiting since July but still no biometrics. I filed 3 Service Request through Emma online chat but didn't get any responses. I also filed with Ombudsman but they said my case was still within the normal processing time so they couldn't do anything. But according to the USCIS website, my I-131 has been outside the normal processing time for one month.

I was laid off in June and my H-1B was revoked. So I can't work and just keep waiting for this work authorization. Without even the biometrics, I feels like I'll be unemployed for another year. Anyone is in the same situation? Or anyone filed in Houston, TX could share some updates? I saw there were lot of people filing after me got the biometrics even the interview. It took so long in Houston😰
