We are down to the last couple of blanks to complete.  We are requesting a "general AP" so that my immigrant wife can return to her Native Poland if/when needed and potentially travel outside of the USA with me for holiday/vacation before she gets her green card.  So we do not have any specific travel dates/plans.

We are not DACA in any way.

Question  I need some help/guidance/confirmation on:

1)  Do we really skip entirely (leave blank) Part 3 after item 4a (the info related to "where do you want this travel document sent")?

2)  Do we skip all of Parts 4, 5, and 6?

3)  For Part 7, we will check the box 1 "more than one trip".  But what else is needed here?  Do we have to write some sort of explanation as the form states?  If "yes", what do we state?

Thank you for any assistance/clarity you can provide.

For I-131 dates not needed. Put "TBD" for the Date of the trip; and "As needed" for the purpose of the trips. You might need to handwrite "TBD" in that field if the PDF editor doesn't let you. And select the box for Multiple trips.

Can someone tell me what goes in those items?

12 and 13 are asking about Form I-129F. Do you still have a copy of either the Receipt notice or the Approval notice?

I got the "no credit letter" for my immigrant wife, but can't confirm

I-944 is no longer required: https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge "Applicants and petitioners should not provide information or evidence related solely to the Public Charge Final Rule. That means that applicants for adjustment of status should not submit Form I-944, Declaration of Self Sufficiency, or any evidence or documentation required by Form I-944 when they file their Form I-485."

Thank you very much.  Yes, I have both the NOA1 and NOA2 and can see the receipt number on those.  However, the priority date field on our NOA2 is blank...any advice as to what date we should use?  (perhaps the "received date" of our NOA1?)

Really appreciate your time and help!

At the moment, with the 10/15/19 version of the I-864, there is no requirement for a credit report of either person. The only place that "credit" would be is if you have a mortgage on your home (in which case that amount is subtracted from the value of your house). Last year, there was a proposed revision of the I-864 which would require a credit report and much more information (similar to the I-944).

In addition, as of yesterday, 9 March 2020, the I-944 should not be submitted, so there is no need for her credit report, either.

TLDR: As of today, don't send any credit reports.
