I live in Colombia with my wife of 1 yr., we were married here in Colombia. I want to file for a K3, does antone know if I can file through the embassy in Bogota, I no longer have a address or residence in the U.S.

Eventually, you will need to re-establish a domicile in the US, even if it is just with your parents. You cannot petition for K3 from Bogota without a US address but you can do a DCF (direct Consular filing) in Bogota for a CR1 visa.

jakeinmo,

Try to ask your question in the Colombian Clubs that are located in the Foreign Embassy section of VisaJourney. We have a member under cartagena2112, his name is George and he filed for a CR1 visa for his wife while living in Cartagena. He might be able to give you some advice.

jakeinmo,

You can't submit an I-129f to the consulate in Bogota - I-129f can only be submitted to a Service Center in the USA.

Why don't you look into direct consular filing of the I-130?
