Same situation.  Sent via courier to the Lewisburg, TX lockbox with delivery confirmed on February 2.  It's now February 18 and still no confirmation of receipt from USCIS, and they haven't charged the credit card either.  With the weather/grid problems in TX I suppose I should expect even more delays, but if we hit the 3 week mark I think I might have to call someone.

Yep, things are pretty jacked up here in Texas at the moment.  I live in south Texas and I'm watching it snow in the middle of the day.

Finally done.

I wouldn't call just yet. I tracked people from Nov 2020 and Dec 2020 thread who filed by paper and it took USCIS approximately 5-6 weeks to accept their applications. Also as Savva has mentioned, they're facing a national disaster, we need to give them a bit of a leeway.

Also, USCIS mentioned this lockbox delays on their website (https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-lockbox-updates) and advised everyone to file online if applicable. I guess be thankful you're not filing for EAD based on OPT. Their delays are 10+ weeks for NOA1

Not for me! Still November 😂 I'm gonna be a bridesmaid abroad in December, hope it's way before then!

Even if it's not before then you might still be able to get a passport within 3 business days of your travel, you just have to show them proof that you will actually travel internationally: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/get-fast.html

Thank you for this, I was not aware of the notice you linked to.  I guess 4-6 weeks it is!

So in my case, on mind it hit 0, and since then we are taking longer, today it got 11 days, will see, I see a lot of people getting biometrics reuse 3 weeks after applied, so hopefully it is biometrics in 11 days
