Does anyone know what the estimate wait time listed on your case page refers to? (Mine is currently 6 days)....possibly the wait time until the received application is first reviewed?

For what I read it’s the estimated time to the next action on your case, it could be a receipt notice, biometrics notice or even RFEs

Probably just bad luck that your countdown hit 0 on a federal holiday.

It probably doesn't matter if it's a federal holiday or not, when my countdown reached 0 days it started showing the same message and it hasn't changed since...🤷‍♀️

hi guys, i'm also applying today(hopefully) online with 5year rule

i am divorced, no kids.

i filled the form online and this is what i uploaded:

- green card

- divorce paper

- receipts of traffic tickets

- driver licence

is this enough? do i need to upload previous marriage certificate or tax returns?

I'd upload the tax returns, if your officer wants to see them it might make your case faster.

USCIS received my app on February 2, 2021. I'm applying under 319b which basically exempts me from 3/5 year rule.  I chose snail mail because my spouse's work provides a few documents to prove eligibility fro 319b and they recommended to do it through paper form. Still no NOA lol. This is starting to be a fun ride already.

Dallas lockbox btw and they probably haven't gotten around to opening my packet

Well, I submitted the application online today. Originally it was showing 10 month completion time, but when I checked a couple hours later it was saying 5 months. The mystery estimated wait time for me is 20 days. We'll see what happens then...

Also, the issue I had where I couldn't open documents I uploaded to review them, I can see them now that i have submitted.

That’s good news, seems that everybody that applied on line got their receipt notice , I applied on paper so I’m still waiting for my notification (G-1145) I know online it’s easier but I’m more comfortable with paper, so good luck! Buena suerte!!!

Same situation.  Sent via courier to the Lewisburg, TX lockbox with delivery confirmed on February 2.  It's now February 18 and still no confirmation of receipt from USCIS, and they haven't charged the credit card either.  With the weather/grid problems in TX I suppose I should expect even more delays, but if we hit the 3 week mark I think I might have to call someone.

they have been in national disaster since last week so you better wait a week before calling anyone
