This one is for the first quarter of 2021 (jan-mar), any idea when they will release the second quarter, sometime in July ?

It just scares to see that there are over a million pending N400 applications

THe cases are shared between Mt Laurel NJ and Newwark NJ locations, so the 49,000 cases are shared in two locations, not sure how many cases they will process in a day.

The first quarter of FY'21 is Oct-Dec 2020 and this came in Apr 2021. So, second quarter of FY'21 which is Jan-Mar 2021 will come in July 2021 (3 months gap).

So they reject around 15% of applicants. Wonder why.

Mostly because of long trips overseas/non paid taxes/arrests/ not paying child support/

With the COVID restrictions lifted and summer, I expect lot of USCIS officers to go on vacations and it might result in slow progresses on the cases!

Government runs on a fiscal year.  1st quarter is Oct.-Dec.  2nd quarter is Jan.-Mar. and so on.

Wow, interesting. I was looking at the Philly (non military) applications pending between 1st and 2nd quarter. Does this mean only 1,185 applications processed within 3 months? That’s really slow in my opinion. At this rate, getting an interview looks like it will be in 2022 LOL. Looking forward to improvements soon. Good luck to all Feb 2021 filers 😀
