I am not sure if your name is popular or not. I have done with my background check on 30 days. I applied on 02/02/2021 and they done with it on 03/04/2021.

Some cases could take a long time to clear the background check.

How do you know they are done with yours ?

is it because you received bio reuse ? ... Sava also received bio reuse.

I chatted with Enma and she confirmed my background was clear and in line to schedule an interview. She also confirmed my case was transferred to local office since everything done - just waiting for the interview with local office.

I am curious - your name is popular in Israel? My name is rare in my country.

That is what they tell everyone who got biometrics reuse - it is a scripted response. It does not mean it is untrue in your case. Your case may very well be in line for interview.

I would put more weight to what the local office directly responded to Sava - because they had to actually look into the case and see that background check was not complete. USCIS is such a strange animal. No one truly knows what happens there.

I never in my life ran into a name like mine, and I'm almost 40 years old

And I lost my GC last year, so I applied for replacement online, they received my application on May 20th, on May 21st (next day) at 10am I got a receipt, at 11am bio reuse letter, and then at 4pm I got an approval and production update, (all on the same day)
