After one month that USCIS received my case and not having the NOA notice I requested an inquiry about missing a notice and it says I will get a reply by may 9 , maybe to give time for notice to arrive ?ECD04BC9-6B2F-40DF-9340-6418786A0DEE.thumb.jpeg.4283c7235852868bbdb7689a8f730ad6.jpeg

I think you'll get your receipt earlier than an answer to your request, they received your case on March 17th, uscis states that they have a huge delay on issuing receipts and send it out within 8 to 9 weeks after receiving the case, but you still can track your case since you got a message from them because the message must include your case number

Do you already signed up for the uscis online account?

You don't need any online code, if you do have an account, just go to the action button and choose add a paper case, put your case number and this is it

Yes I do have it but when I try to add my paper filed case it asks me for an online code that it’s in the NOA
