I think USCIS has slowed down post February unless they only send notifications in bulk on or after 2nd week of the consecutive month of posting - looking at the excel data.

Also, the issue I had where I couldn't open documents I uploaded to review them, I can see them now that i have submitted.

Looks like my credit card was swiped yesterday March 11th (Phoenix office).  Still no email confirmation.

Just found notice on my account that biometrics were reused. But letter itself did not come.

I did receive the NOA1 in the mail though within 4 days of applying. 

I finally received the biometric reuse letter in the mail yesterday. Now the grueling wait for the interview...lol
