Try to link your receipt number to your online account (if you have one) if not just sign up, it's very easy and fast

Once you have an online account, you can add a paper filed case using the receipt number in the "My Account" dropdown.

Did you send the G-1145 form with your application ? If yes, how long did it take to get it after sent?

i hope its not a mistake i checked some members timeline i didnt see anyone yet who got both NOA on same filling day
