I once was nanny for this great family.... I got paid a set amount each month, this amount was very generous... I also got the month of July off with full pay.... I was with them for about 3 years and the last 2 years I was there I got a 500 dollar bonus at Christmas time... one time they even gave me the bonus with an American check so it was actually a little more then 500 dollars that one year....

I was almost a part of the family and it actually felt a little weird to get paid... they had to let me go because the mom had decided to take some time off but they told me about 2 months ahead of time after they tried and failed to figure out a way to keep me around.. I did end up staying there for a month after I stopped working for them because I had to move out of my place ....
