Original divorce decree of petitioner for interview (CR-1)

According to the pre-interview checklist on the embassy site:

"If you were previously married or your petitioner was: All original final divorce or spouse's death certificate(s), English translation, and a photocopy."

How have others done this? Do I need to get my husband to courier his certificate to me or is the scanned colour copy of his certificate going to suffice?

Montreal doesn’t need this for the petitioner but it’s good to take anyhow. I would get a certified copy to take if you can.

Thanks. He has a certified copy and I only have a laser scan of that copy, so it wouldn't actually be considered certified any longer (my scan print). My concern was that my interview is coming up really soon and I'd need to him my husband courier it via FedEx up to Canada overnight. I suppose an expensive courier is still worth having an item I don't need rather than not having it if they ask.
