the live agent just asked the reason, I said financial loss, and to provide a brief written explanation of the financial loss circumstance, that was about it.

So I did my Bios today, and today my congresswoman submitted the i-765 expedite request to the USCIS liaison. 

hopefully i can get my EAD in 2 weeks or so.

May 15 RFE (medical)

EAD Expedite request thru emma June 09 (triggered bios) [last update shown in the USCIS  portal]

Bios July 19

EAD expedite request thru congresswoman July 19

Did bios on 7/15. Case tracker for the 485 says, as of yesterday "Case Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview" but there are no updates to the 131 and 765 to show fingerprints were taken.

 

Normal? Possible interview will be scheduled before EAD/AP combo card given? Anyone know an approx. timeframe after getting the ready to be scheduled update?

Yes normal it happens all the time,  but as far as timeframe there is no telling!

Don't get too surprised, some people are moving super fast after their bios were taken, it has been happening in the past few weeks, good for you!

Finally received biometrics notice after our expedite request was denied (without request for evidence)! Interestingly, the notice date for the bio appointment is the same as the date on the expedite denial. This seems to indicate that the request may have triggered the appointment.

My fingerprints were applied a day after doing my biometrics, I am loving and appreciating the speed of things hopefully this will continue.

How did they tell you that is denied? They sent you an email? Or mail? Thank you

I am k1 visa, adjusting status. I sent AOS first time Feb 26, 2021. Got the whole package back, I made a mistake. Re-applied, had to do everything from the beginning. They received it April 12, 2021. Cheque cashed May1st. Tried to expedite EAD on July 8th, no answer. But today I got biometrics appointment notification in the mail for August 12, 2021.   How long after biometrics we can expect the EAD?
