We are still waiting on a biometrics appointment! Has anybody without a priority date gotten their appointment set up yet?

Someone I know got the appointment scheduled, but she expedite her process with a senator PD. Late Jan. other than that I think 2 people in this thread actually got their biometrics scheduled, I think both are DACA? which I honestly think  DACA recipients are just a different case  overall -At least to myself (B1 to AOS), so their timelines might be faster I think. -

I have been observing people who have filed their AOS from different visas like B/DACA( I-130) filers are getting their filed moved faster than K1. Who else thinks the same?😊

Really? Cause I think it's the opposite, only DACA have been moving fast for what i've seen both here and Reddit to be honest,

for instance, I've had  2  B visas in the  last 10 years, I had a J-1 visa and a SSN myself and I haven't got anything from the USCIS, I've taken multiple fingerprints in the past 6 years and nothing, so yeah.

Hmmm, not single k1 visa filer from feb and March got any kind of bio or rfe; it's my observation.  I could be wrong.

Oh, gotcha, sorry i got confused, then I agree with what you said, I'm not a k-1 myself (came thru b1/b2) so i can't talk about it, but I do remember talking with my attorney back in the early days and she didn't suggest me to do the whole thing thru with k-1 because it's taking years to process.

Yes, your attorney is right.

In that event, they might re-use your previous fingerprints. I have come across some recent posts where people said that their biometrics from the past were re-used.

So, you could also get lucky.

Received an RFE for the i-693 (AOS for my parents) -- have the completed, sealed forms ready. The notice i received mentions to not mail the forms until further instruction - wondering if any one else in the same situation? I'm worried since the MD informed me that the completed forms are only valid for 60 days from the day the MD signed and sealed the envelope.

Like that is showing, so it looks like you can see when you have an appointment on the account from uscis
