Thank you for your reply! It seems like it'####### or miss, all they provided us with was the following:

My PD is 2/05/21. I received a letter that they would reuse my biometrics but nothing has updated on the status. I chatted through Emma with a live agent to find out if they had already been applied or if they were still pending. The agent tried to give the run around by telling me my case had been received (that is the last update I see online but I know I'm past that) so I kept asking specifically about biometrics until they told me my fingerprints were applied on March 29th. Sometimes you have to be annoying and very specific with your questions.

Thank you for the tips! I connected to another agent with my responses ready to be copy and pasted , and I was able to get a more direct answer.

Long story short, they said the appointment hasn't been scheduled yet and there's no time estimate. It seems like it'll be available relatively soon though, based on SanActinidia's update.

I don't have a Priority Date on my 797s. Is this a cause for concern?

No cause for concern you are looking for the notice date and received date.

4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

So, 65 days and still nothing. People getting their biometrics and NoAs and I am here still waiting for at least any acknowledgment from USCIS. Chatting with live agents and all I get is this every time.  Wrote an e-mail request a month ago, still no response. At this point I don't know what to do. I read how people who filed in April got their receipts already. And we filed in February. I just think they somehow had lost our package (The USCIS people). What will happen if I send everything again?

I haven't had any luck with getting information about the biometrics appointment with the chat, either— the most I got was advice to use the "e-tools" section of the USCIS site, which supposedly has the same information that the chat agents have access to.

In searching for the appropriate page, the most I was able to find was one which has a "reprint your appointment" notice section. However, people in threads elsewhere (for example: https://www.reddit.com/r/USCIS/comments/mh7kcz/reprint_your_appointment_for_biometrics/) have said that this can't be used for biometrics appointments, so I'm not sure if there's another page on the site that I overlooked or the the chat agents don't know what they're talking about.

That being said, USCIS will be changing the biometrics requirements for other types of applications. Hopefully, this means that the biometrics backlog will be improving in the near future:

An update. Finally got my NoAs! It took 70 days.

Case sent February 23

Delivered February 27

Receipts and card charged May 10th

Wondering how long I will wait for biometrics now

Insane wait. good thing you got your NOAs, USCIS is a mess, I sometimes think these people just don't want to do their job and are taking COVID as an excuse.

I think they have stacks of applications and they just move them from a desk to other instead of taking care of it

I was sent an RFE (request for initial evidence) yesterday by mail, according to my USCIS account. I haven't received it yet, and I have no idea what is it about. It seems like at least, after 78 days, someone looked at my paperwork.

I also received an RFE last week that was after 80 days since they received my case. It took exactly 5 days to receive it in the mail since it updated online. I was thinking it would be for 2020 taxes since we had not filed them yet at the time we submitted the application. However it was an RFE for the long form of my husbands birth certificate GRRRR 😠. I had no idea there are more than one type of birth certificates and that one was the only one my in-laws were able to find. We are now waiting for Vitalchek to process the birth certificate application, they said it will be about 20 days for them to send us something hopefully they send it sooner.
