Hi y'all! So our package was delivered on February 27th (ok it was a Saturday, so we can count from Monday March 1st) and still NOTHING has happened. No acknowledgement whatsoever.  And I read here that people who sent their docs later than me already have their receipts... I tried chatting with Emma and the live agent kept asking me for all my info and then just sent me the standard "USCIS is experiencing heavy load of docs and there are delays, etc etc" and told me I have to keep waiting. It's been more than 6 weeks, I am getting so anxious.

Ditto, I am guessing you have sent your forms through USPS??

I hope its not like our case. Our package got sent back. Delivered first time on Feb 25. We got same answer from Emma like you did.We resubmitted.

I am even ok for them to send it back so I know for sure they at least got it and went through it. I simply hate uncertainty. There is no action and nothing in mail.  I wonder if they could've  lost the package...

Have you got with rejected i797?

Have you sent through USPS?? Even if they have rejected they will register the case number ( live agent sholud be able to tell that rejected case number)

That was our case also. I never got notice delivery from usps. Just showed that is with usps in chicago. Second time I sent it, it shows delivered on Sunday at 3 am!! 🤣

@SiggyYes I did get a number. I guess I contacted Emma few days before they assigned a number.

The agent in chat also said that the receipts are automatically sent out by mail after 60 days. Not sure how it works, I guess all I can do is wait.

Actually on USPS tracking it shows delivered. But it was so weird because it showed it was delivered on Saturday at 2pm. I am worried somehow it got lost over the weekend. I don't know, I just wish any action happened at this point. Because what if nothing happens for a while. What do I do? Just send everything again?

USPS does work on Saturday, they have our packets,  u can't do anything but wait.. we will get it .:-)

As long as it says delivered, then you are fine if you sent to the right lockbox. Don't panic, your NOA would say February. Keep chatting with Emma and asking for your receipt numbers. Do it daily.

Thank you so much, will do. I know that I left blank spaces and didn't put N/A, ( only found out about this after I sent it out) so I was sure they would return the package by now. We'll see.
