Hello everyone, I am a February filer and this is my case so far:

2/2- Sent package to Chicago Lockbox

2/4- Packaged marked as delivered

2/5- Priority Date

3/4- "We received your fingerprint fee for I-185" .

3/11- Received NOA for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765

4/3 - Received letter in the mail letting me know my biometrics will be reused  for my I-485 and I-765 applications and therefore I do not need to have a biometrics appointment scheduled. Date on this notice was 3/29.

It has been one week since the letter was printed by USCIS and I still do not see an update when I log in to see my case status. Hopefully this means that cases are starting to move along and we start seeing biometrics scheduled along with EADs and Advanced Paroles for February filers.

Congratulation, this is fast movement ....... Happy for you. you should be expecting your EAD card mail to you in next 15-20 days.

Please I will like to know if you are K1 filer? Also the exception of Biometric, dose that based on Biometric took at US Embassy in your home country or point of entry?

Well they are behind a lot on the cases.

maybe you have luck and they will not do a big deal of it.

I received mine after a month and a week in the mail, with that notice.

now i am in the second round of waiting, i send again in March 15 and they received on March 16.

Yay! I resubmitted everything yesterday . My mistake was that i choose the option on i 485 that i am imediate relative to a usa citizen ( wich I am 🤣), instead that i came on k1. I sent new forms but not new copies of documents

yeah, same here.  Didn't give back the photos or the birth certificate and other evidence either.  I'm guessing we need to resend it all like they don't still have it.

Well luckily they sent everything back minus one copy page of a translation which I just reprinted and sent back. I hope this time it all go through. I re-did the AOS form for the new one just in case but I-30 and the other ones I just resend them adding the N/A that I missed the first time. Hoping for the best.

Oh yes I'm AOS from B2 visa, one month a half waiting fir NOA to be rejected is annoying. Well I hope they dont reject my I-130 for resending it as it was.

Very sorry to hear that.

i feel like lately they reject a lot of cases.

double check everything and recheck to be sure they don’t have again something to say.

best of luck with round 2

I called a lawyer and they told me to change only the form that had the issue / was expiring soon and send everything else as it was. Hopefully it's okay!

Thanks. Yes I was honestly not expecting to hear anything from them until June maybe, but this was a pleasant surprise.

I am not worried about EAD either since I have one through DACA right now and it will not expire until October.
