@U2k Did you marry within the 90 day K1 window upon your arrival to the US? If you married after the 90 day window you would need the I-130.

I married  after 27 days from the date I entered USA. So i am ok

They sent me back the cheque. But they put their stamp on it. And on all the forms at the bottom  there are numbers put by them. Looks like they went thru my staff... since they organized it..... I sent my package before my K1 visa expired.... but I married 2 months before k1 expired.

Yes I got I 797 C notice of action with the reciept number, Notice type: rejection notice.

Check the category you filed..it should be "C9" (C9P)..

Re-check everything and resend it.

I am thinking maybe because i sent only one copy of I 797. I dont see any other reason.

My forms came back with the barcode crossed out. Do I have do re-do everything?  Or I can send back same forms? And just attach documents ? Another question. I have been previously married before coming to USA, before I did k1. Do I have to submit the divorce certificate for previous marriage? I did this time. Maybe they got confused. Idk

Yes..New forms ( probably new edition)

Yes you must add your previous divorce certificate.

Did they change? Some of them sre changing April 19th I will file before that. I am so confused why they returned my package.  I am sending back same documents just extra copies.  😭

Some of them are already updated for the new version.

I believe if you submit I-485 online you can find the new ones edition: 3/10/2021

On family base section I selected immediate relative spouse of a us citizen. Oh! I think here is the mistake I made! I should of put k1!
