Something very weird happened to me .

Chicago lockbox charged my card the amount (1225 usd and it was pending as of March 30th) and texted me the same day with the receipt number.

But today the money was not taken and the transaction disappeared!!!!  I called my bank and they told me the money was not taken from your account. What does this mean?? did this happen to anyone??

That is weird; did you try checking the status online using the receipt numbers that you received via text message?

When I check the status online it says: We accepted the fingerprint fees, and when I talked to Emma the live agent said your case is actually being processed. I feel so anxious about this and I don't know what to do.

Someone got their check cashed after one month of getting the receipt number. I tried search where I have read but I couldn't find it ( from different forum though).I think you are fine as you are confirmed with Emma too.

Since the USCIS has confirmed that they received your case and was being processed, it is an encouraging sign; so, you are good. Keep an eye for the NOA in mail.

Hi guys! My whole package  came back. What did i do wrong?  They gave me I 797 c, notice of action, rejected notice. With this form i submitted I 485,  i131, i 864, i 765, i 944+ proof. I came here on k1 visa, married before visa expired. Thank you

Have you included your i-129f approved petition copy (i-797)? Have you written your Alian number on the form? What's your CEAC status says now?

I did include ONe copy of i 797 in the whole package. I did put my Alien number on the form. Did my husband have to do i 130? This is the only form i didnt do.
