Just sharing a little update here:

2/8/21 - AOS package mailed via FedEx

2/15/21 - Package delivered to Phoenix lockbox

3/24/21 - Receipt numbers (I-485, I-765, I-131) obtained from Emma.

It appears like the case is sent to NBC; I am wondering if this is normal or whether it means anything to the processing time.

did you chat with a live agent or emma was able to provide that? if yes, how?

UPDATE:
I just contacted USCIS via chat today and was able to chat with a representative. Provided basic info (name, dob, number, etc)
The agent was able to locate my application and said they can only give me info on the i-130 and i would need to call to get info on the other forms. it's been 8 weeks, apparently my receipts were mailed out on the 03/17. i got the case number(receipt number) for only the i-130 sent in the AOS filing. Hard copies are on the way in mail to be delivered.

You can reach USCIS representative via chat itself. Go to their website USCIS.gov (https://uscis.gov/) and try to start with virtual assistant Emma first and say "did not receive receipt notice". It will throw few comments. Then say "chat with a representative". Then click on "case status". it will ask for a receipt number . click "you don't have a receipt number". It will give you options in which "Connect to live chat" will be one of the option. Choose that and you will get connected to an agent.

Good Luck.

Did you ask for the I-485 receipt (and I-765 + I-131 if you applied)? I don’t know why they are saying you must call. I asked for all three receipt numbers and the live agent I was connected to via Emma gave me them. She asked if I was the applicant or petitioner (I am petitioner) and then my name, DOB, address, e-mail, and phone number. I actually forgot to ask for I-130 receipt though. For some reason I forgot it had a corresponding receipt number and only considered the I-485 in the concurrent filing. I hope you get your hard copies in the mail soon! It’s been a week since they mailed?

i was asked which forms were filed and i gave them the full list and then the agent said they could only provide the i-130 and i should call to get info on the others. yeah it's been exactly a week. i want to wait for the mail first before i call.

are the receipt numbers for each form going to be all different?

Unless there was a specific reason unique to your submission or your other forms in the package hadn’t been received yet, which I doubt, I don’t see why they wouldn’t be able to give you your receipt numbers for the other cases. Maybe the agent just didn’t want to bother and thought giving you the I-130 receipt number was good enough for now. Yes, they are all different, but in my case (and I’m going to assume most) the receipt numbers differ only by the last digit. i.e. MSC********74 and MSC********76. If your NOAs don’t show up soon then I would definitely call and even ask for your other receipt numbers too while you wait for the official hard copies from the mail.

i was just about to call but then i tried changing the receipt last digit my +5 and -5 and lol, i saw the receipts notice for the other forms. so i guess that's a good thing

i read somewhere the first 3 letters is obviously the center
the next 2 digits is the year which i'm guess starts with 21 for everyone here
the next 3 digit is number of the workday the case they're processing was opened that year i.e. if its MSC**101***** , then its the 101th workday of that year that the case was opened (excluding weekdays and holidays)
the last 5 being the case number

Yay! So happy you got your info! We have a pretty similar timeline too :) We will have to keep each other updated. Best of luck! I’ll update when I officially receive the NOAs in the mail as well

I hear that they are no longer going to accept the 10/15/2019 edition starting April 19th. Hopefully they open our stuff before then and they wouldn’t give us an RFE

It was delivered 2/25/2021. Hopefully the postmark will mean something.

Yes, you will be just fine! My AOS package arrived at the lockbox on 02/19/2021 and case status online says my case was received 02/19/2021. Found this on the USCIS website. Hopefully it eases your worries:

“C. Date of Receipt

USCIS considers a benefit request ‘received’ on the date it is physically or electronically received. This date is also known as the filing date. Requestors may only obtain a date of receipt or filing date if their submission is accepted at the proper location, as designated on the USCIS website. USCIS does not assign a date of receipt or filing date to benefit requests that are rejected.”

Thank you! Wow yours sounds like it was fast. You have your NOA1 already? Or did you just get a notification that it was received and are still waiting for yours? Ours shows delivered as far as usps tracking is concerned; but unfortunately We didn’t include the e-notification form so no updates until we get that NOA1 in hand!

I saw the pending charges on my credit card Monday night (03/23/2021). That was the first sign of life. So it took ~31 days from delivery. Better than I expected to be honest. From there, I contacted a live agent through Emma on USCIS website to get my receipt numbers (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131). I do not have my official NOA1 in hand from the mail yet, but the live agent said they were sent out Sunday (03/22/2021), which is the date my fingerprint fee was received according to I-485 case status. I submitted the G-1145 e-notification form, but I think it’s usually delayed or not even used. So I kept checking my bank account regularly (sometimes obsessively haha). That’s how I knew my case had been received.
